The dashboard, at a glance.

Built around the four questions every homeowner asks every week: What's done? What's next? Where's my money? Can I see today's photo? Answered before they have to call.

What's in every portal

Eight modules, all branded yours.

Every portal lives on your domain (portal.yourcompany.com), runs your brand, your logo, your palette. Clients never see the words "Pixel Architecture."

Live timeline

Project schedule synced from your PM tool. Day-by-day, what's happening on site.

Daily photo log

Site lead snaps 5-10 photos at end of day; portal posts them automatically with timestamps.

Budget tracker

Contract base, spent-to-date, open change orders, projected total. Updated nightly from QuickBooks.

Decision queue

Pending client choices with deadlines. No more "I texted you the tile picture last week."

Change-order workflow

You draft, client approves with one tap, signed PDF stored in their archive. No more email chains.

Document vault

Permits, plans, warranties, manuals. Client logs in 5 years from now to find their plumber's contact.

Smart notifications

Daily digest at 6 PM (not 47 push pings). Client picks frequency: real-time, daily, weekly.

NPS + review pipeline

Final-walk survey triggers Google review prompt at the moment of peak satisfaction.

Who uses it

Built for three kinds of build.

The portal flexes for different job profiles. Configuration is part of onboarding - what your homeowners care about isn't what a commercial GC's stakeholders care about.

For · Custom home builders

The 12-month custom home portal

One client, one portal, one giant project. Design phase + permitting + 8 months of construction. Selections module is the center of gravity - 200+ decisions, all tracked.

FEATURED MODULE · SELECTIONS
For · Remodelers

The 4-month remodel portal

3-8 active jobs at once. Photos and timeline are the win - most homeowner anxiety is "is anyone working today?" Daily photo + crew check-in answers it before they ask.

FEATURED MODULE · DAILY PHOTO LOG
For · Commercial GCs

The multi-stakeholder portal

Owner, architect, lender, tenant - all need different views. Role-based access, RFI workflow, draw-request module synced to your bank's checklist.

Common questions

What we get asked before kickoff.

Doesn't this exist already? What about Buildertrend, CoConstruct, etc.?

+
They exist. They're 50-feature platforms with their own logo and a steep learning curve. Our portals are 8 features, on your domain, in your brand, so the client experience matches the build experience. Most of our clients tried Buildertrend first and bounced.

How does it sync with my existing tools?

+
QuickBooks for budget, Google Calendar for schedule, Dropbox or Google Drive for photos and documents, your CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive/JobNimbus) for client data. We build the integrations during onboarding.

What happens to client data when a project ends?

+
Stays accessible to them, lifetime, on your domain. They log in 5 years later to find a warranty card or a plumber's contact. Best referral engine you didn't know you had.

Will my crew actually use this?

+
The crew side is a 3-button mobile app: photo, status, done. We've never had crew adoption be the bottleneck. Setup is 20 minutes per project.

Walk a live portal. 30 minutes, your devices.

We'll spin up a sandbox portal with your branding, populate it with sample data, and screen-share. You decide on the call whether to build.
